Erlinda was born in the Philippines and Richard in southern Saskatchewan. Both World Travellers in their own right, they have achieved greatness in helping others in the Global arena.

Erlinda worked in the Philippine’s largest bank following her graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and subsequently in the Finance sector in England before boarding the ship where she would travel the world and meet her husband. Richard devoted himself as a volunteer welder on a ship that distributed books across the Globe to promote literacy.

After pursuing many life goals and challenges both Erlinda and Richard have become successful REALTORS®. They enjoy helping people of different cultures in what they like to call the global community which they both cherish.

Erlinda has completed multiple designations to further enhance her Customer Service in the Real Estate industry. ABR- Accredited Buyer’s Representative and SRS- Seller Representative Specialist designations to name a few. Also they specialize in Residential & Farm/Acreage and live in Assiniboia but provide realty services to a large area surrounding Assiniboia, Moose Jaw and southern communities including Gravelbourg, Maple Creek, Ponteix, Mossbank, Lafleche, Thomson Lake, Rockglen, Coronach, Willow Bunch, Bengough, Pangman and Weyburn.
