After completing my Bachelor of Engineering & Postgraduate in Marine Engineering, I joined my first ship from Long Beach in LA. It was a humbling opportunity to travel around the world as a Marine Engineer, learning & seeing many countries, people, cultures, languages, lifestyles & foods. I also have experience in pre-engineered home Production in Richmond, BC where these Homes were designed to withstand earthquakes. Such experiences & opportunities broaden your viewpoint about personal & professional life, & I believe “serving Humanity is serving GOD and I believe in giving my best wholeheartedly whatever roles & responsibilities life put you into.”

In 2007, I had my formal Education in Real Estate from prestigious UBC. I moved to Regina from BC as real estate prices were meager and Regina is one of the sunniest cities in Canada, where my wife and I raised our two kids.

I’m licensed in Residential, Commercial, Farm, & Property Management, with years of experience representing hundreds of buyers, sellers & managing properties for in town/out-of-town Investors & Landlords. I’ve had the opportunity to help guide clients to build successful real estate portfolios, earned many awards and have repeat referrals from my clients.

I think to be successful in Real estate, it is about knowing what to buy, when to buy/sell, when to sit and hold, & having sound knowledge of the market, all aspects of home construction & renos, to advise clients to avoid pitfalls.

I enjoy Golf, walking in Nature & Cycling, but Real Estate is my passion.”
